Start of a new series: Russians of the 1800s

I am excited to share with you that I have started working on a new series. Its focus will be people from Russia, that were photographed before the year 1900. The first photo I used for this series is from an unknown photographer, taken around 1890. It was provided by the J. Paul Getty Museum, Los Angeles where it is part of their collection. The original is an Albumen silver print and left me with some beautiful colors after I had the AI analyse the grey tones. As alway I then added some more color and texture.
